Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/appellant by the judgement dated 21.03.2019 made in Special S.C.No.1 of 2014 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem in pending Crl.A.No.307 of 2019.
