Prayer: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent 1 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2024 seeking direction to the respondent No.2 to pass final orders on the enquiry and Peace meeting held on 14.12.2023 and to issue direction to open the "Arulmigu Thirunarayana Swmay Thirukoil" for its worship.

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent 1 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2024 seeking direction to the respondent No.2 to pass final orders on the enquiry and Peace meeting held on 14.12.2023 and to issue direction to open the "Arulmigu Thirunarayana Swmay Thirukoil" for its worship.

2. The dispute regarding administration of the Temple in Tirupattur District has led to enquiry by Revenue Divisional Officer pursuant to 2/5

the failure in the peace committee meeting held by him. The present writ petition is filed since no order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer after the enquiry.

3. After notice in the Writ Petition, the Learned Counsel for the 2nd respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer submitted that the Revenue Divisional Officer has passed order on 07.06.2024. The Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to serve copy to the petitioner and get acknowledgement on receipt of it. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
