Application Nos.624 and 625 of 2016 in C.S.Nos.106 and 109 of 2013 PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J., Heard both sides.

2. In pursuance of the preliminary decree passed by this Court on 11.11.2014, these two applications have been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs, seeking to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to sell the property, as set out in the schedule appended to the plaint in C.S.Nos.106 and 109 of 2013, in the final decree proceedings.

3. In the meanwhile, it is stated by the learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs that the plaintiffs have filed a memo to the full satisfaction of the decree passed in the above suits vide order dated 11.11.2014. Accordingly, he prays for taking the said memo on file and to return the original suit documents to the plaintiffs filed in the suits.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/defendant has no objection for such course of action.

5. In view of the above, the memos filed by the plaintiffs, in full satisfaction of the decree passed by this Court dated 11.11.2014, are taken on file and the same are recorded. Registry is directed to return the original documents filed, if any, to the plaintiffs following the due procedure.

6. Accordingly, both these applications are disposed of in terms of the memo filed by the plaintiffs.
