Prayer : This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 14.09.2023 in W.P.No.26959 of 2023 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 14.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.26959 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the copy of the written instruction given by Thiru S.Gowrisankar, Tahsildar, Udumalpet, Tiruppur District stating that on 22.04.2024, survey was conducted in pursuance of the order passed by this Court.

3. Since survey has been conducted, the respondents have not committed any contempt of Court. Consequently, the contempt petition stands dismissed. 25.04.2025 Index :
