(Order of the Court was made by N.Kirubakaran, J) In this appeal which was preferred by the claimant, a compensation of Rs.7,92,400/- has been enhanced to Rs.15,50,500/-. However, in Paragraph No.22 of the Judgement, it has been wrongly mentioned as ''this appeal is dismissed''. Since, there is an enhancement in this appeal filed by the claimant, the final observation should be made as the appeal is partly allowed.
