Continuously there was no representation on behalf of the respondent. Even today, none appears for the respondent. The learned counsel for the applicant appeared and made his submissions.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is an application seeking only interim custody of the daughter of the applicant, viz., minor Yasasvathi @ Yasashvini, on every Friday at 6.00 p.m., till 6.00 p.m. of every Sunday.

3. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the custody of the child is directed to be handed over to the applicant/the father of the child on every Friday at 6.00 p.m., and the father of the child shall ensure that the child is returned to her mother at 6.00 p.m., on the following Sunday. This arrangement will be in force until further orders from this Court.
