Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition, to issue a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider his representation, dated 18.08.2017 and grant permission to conduct the cultural and adventure programe, which is scheduled to be held on 08.09.2017 in Sri Muthu Mariyamman and Sri Karu Mariyamman Temple situated at Ambedkar Nagar, L.I.C. Back Side, Vaniyambadi Road, Tirupattur Taluk, Vellore District - 635 851.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the respondent on 18.08.2017 for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 08.09.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today. 4.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.

5. Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.08.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 05.09.2017. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
