ORDER

The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 177, 188, 269, 270, 271 & 420 of IPC r/w Sections 2 & 3 of Epidemic disease Act in Crime No.1438 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and prays for dismissal of this petition.
