ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 08.02.2024 passed in W.P.No.17899 of 2012.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 that the respondents has complied with the order passed by this Court and issued proceedings dated 12.08.2025.
