This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in the impugned FIR having Crime No.3 of 2021 on the file of All Women Police Station, Perur, Coimbatore filed for the alleged offences punishable under Section 498(A), 406, 506(ii) of I.P.C., & Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and quash the same as far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the investigation has already been over and the charge sheet was also filed. The case has been taken on file in C.C.No.1863 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
