This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 04.11.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.10882 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.1209 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 26.11.2016. Hence, the conditions imposed on the petitioners may be relaxed.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made herein, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.
