ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9204 of 2018 dated 23.03.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 23.03.2018 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be registered in FIR No.434 of 2018. 3.I am of the view that there is no willful disobedience on the part of respondent in complying with the earlier order passed by this Court dated 23.03.2018. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
