PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Sriperumbudur to expeditiously dispose off the Suit in O.S.No.261 of 2016. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Valliappan

The limited prayer sought for in this petition is for a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit expeditiously. On perusal of the "A" Diary extracts, it is seen that the issues have been framed and the case is said to have been adjourned to 23.10.2018.

2. In my view, if time limit is stipulated for disposal of the suit, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents. In view of the limited prayer sought for, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate cum District Munsif, Sriperumbudur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.261 of 2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
