W.M.P.No.10466 of 2024 in W.P.No.28084 of 2012 R.KALAIMATHI, J.

This petition has been filed to substitute the 1st and 2nd petitioners as the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner in the above main writ petition.

2. It appears that the petitioner viz., S.Raghavan died on 22.05.2021 leaving the proposed his wife and one daughter viz., Priya Sudharsan, as his legal heirs.

3.Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
