This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.no.1895 of 2024 dated 27.02.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e. Saturday at 10.30 a.m. For a period of twenty days and thereafter, as and required for interrogation.
