(CRIME NO. 766 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.12462 of 2020 by an order dated 24.08.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.K.GANESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12462 of 2020, dated 24.08.2020 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police twice in a month i.e. on the 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
