Heard Mr.R.Naresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

2. This civil revision petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Page No.1/4

Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruvannamalai to dispose of O.S.No.485 of 2022 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that O.S.No.485 of 2022 was filed seeking for a declaration to declare that the petitioner/plaintiff is the absolute owner of the schedule mentioned property and to declare the three sale deeds are null and void and also grant perpetual injunction.

4. It is seen from the proceeding sheets of the trial Court, so far as, this case is concerned, the respondent/defendant has not filed any written statement so far.

5. Considering the nature of the suit claim and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is disposed of with the following directions :

(i) The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruvannamalai is directed to fix a specific date for filing of the written statement as required under the Page No.2/4

Code of Civil Procedure and also frame issues and expedite the trial and dispose of O.S.No.485 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, not later than 18 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
