Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks thereafter evey Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.15096 of 2020 by an order dated 25.09.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.K.GANESH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
