(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's son viz., Gopinath @ Hari, S/o.K.Dhanraj, aged about 20 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the detenu has been secured and handed over to his parents.
