This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 78 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 10.10.2022 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate cum Revenue Officer, North Chennai, vide proceeding No. Na.Ka.No.A5/3577/2022 under Section 145 Cr.PC.

2. Mr. R. Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side), who takes notice on behalf of the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
