Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order of the first respondent herein in his proceedings in Na.Ka.773/2019/Ka.The.2 dated 11.03.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to declare Elections to the Board of Directors for M/s Tamil Nadu Co-operative Silk Producers Federation Ltd. (TANSILK Federation), No.522, Gandhi Road, Kanchipuram - 631 501 based on Election Notice dated 20.02.2019 stands vitiated/annulled and consecutively re-notify elections for the said TANSILK Federation.
