2. Heard Mr.B.Kumarasamy, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.C.Emalias, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. In all these petitions, it is seen that the petitioners have made very serious allegations against one Rahim and Johi, relating to job racketing.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the complaint given by one Anitha against the accused, a case in Crime No.226 of 2015 has been registered by the Coonoor Town Police Station for the offence under Section 420 IPC., Anitha is the petitioner in Crl.OP.18912 of 2015. Hence, Crl.OP.No.18912 of 2015 is closed as FIR has been registered on the complaint given by Anitha.
5. As regards to other petitioners, they are directed to approach the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Nilgiris and lodge a complaint in person and on such complaint being lodged, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
6. With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
