PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to produce the petitioner's son, the detenu, namely, Rithik Roshan S/o. Sathanantham aged about 11 years and hand over the custody of the detenu to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2025.
