ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the VII Additional Family Court Judge Chennai to dispose the original petition O.P. No. 4754 of 2022 within the frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the O.P is pending from the year 2022 but the respondent has not cooperate for the Trial Court proceedings. To that effect, he filed the Trial Court adjudication. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

3. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering that the fact that the case has been pending since the year 2022, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said O.P within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
