ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to conduct further investigation and to include the other accused persons involved in Crime No.7 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after registering the F.I.R in Crime No.7 of 2020 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, it is found that the respondent has completed the investigation and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramathy, Namakkal District on 28.05.2020.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, further investigation cannot be ordered and hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to conclude the other accused persons and also to conclude the other offences in Crime No.7 of 2020, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate petition before the trial Court during the trial.
