village in pursuance of the application dated 11.03.2024 after giving notice to all persons interested in the property and furnish a copy of the survey report to the petitioner and thereafter patta within the time prescribed by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 11.03.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries.

2. Heard Mr.K.Sakthivel, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the title document that is relied upon by the 2/4

petitioner and also taking note of the civil proceedings that were initiated and was dismissed both by the trial Court and confirmed by the appellate Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 11.03.2024 and conduct survey in the subject property within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any rival claims, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. On completion of survey, the survey report shall also be issued to the petitioner. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
