(Order of the Court was made by K.K. SASIDHARAN,J.) The petitioner filed this contempt proceedings alleging wilful non-compliance of the direction issued by this Court. 2.

According to the petitioner, though sufficient evidence was produced to indicate that Mr.E.

Sankarnarayanan is his close relative, the same was not taken cognisance by the Revenue Divisional Officer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

When it was pointed out as to whether any document was produced to show the relationship between the said E. Sankaranarayanan and the petitioner, the learned Senior Counsel submitted that other than the affidavit of E. Sankaranarayanan, no other evidence was taken. 4.

Since no case is made out to initiate contempt proceedings as against the respondent, the learned counsel submitted that he would file a writ petition challenging the order dated 4 June, 2018.

The contempt petition is closed with liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 4 June, 2018 before the concerned Court in case the petitioner is so advised.
