ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.01.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 195A,506(ii) of I.P.C in Crime No.46 of 2021, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and threatened him not to give evidence in a murder case. It is alleged that the the petitioner abused the defacto complainant and his sister with filthy words. Hence, the complainant.

3. The counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application by stating that already a murdered case is pending against the petitioners and the defacto complainant is the eye witness to the said case, the petitioners threatened him not to give evidence against them.

5. Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioners and already a murder case is pending against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
