This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.317 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023 that the petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Walajah, Ranipet District daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.317 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners 1 and 2 shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Walajah, Ranipet District on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioners 3 to 5 shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
