O R D E R

Challenging the order passed in I.A.No.4061 of 2014 in O.S.No.452 of 2009 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Kallakurichi, the plaintiff has filed the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. The plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.452 of 2005 for permanent injunction and mandatory injunction. The said suit is being contested by the defendants.

3. After the completion of the trial, when the suit was reserved for judgment, the plaintiff took out an application in I.A.No.4061 of 2014 to reopen the case for the purpose of marking some documents. The application was contested by the defendants. The trial Court dismissed the application.

4. On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application, it could be seen that the plaintiff has not given any details with regard to the documents sought to be marked by her in the suit. Without giving any details with regard to the details of the document, she has filed the application to reopen the case for the purpose of marking the documents in the suit. In the absence of any details with regard to the documents given in the affidavit, the Trial Court, has rightly dismissed the application.

5. In these circumstances, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Trial Court. The Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
