Crl.M.P.No.4789 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.718 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.718 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.718 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
