This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to pass orders based on the representation made by the petitioner on 16.11.2024, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in his name, pursuant to the quashing of the Urban Land Ceiling proceedings.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 08.04.2025, this Court directed the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents to take written instrucions from the respondents 2 and 3 and the matter was directed to be listed for hearing today i.e., 30.04.2025.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the written instructions received from the Director of Land Reforms. On going through the same, it is seen that the 1 st respondent is going to pass orders within two weeks and the same will be subject to the result in the writ appeal.

Recording the above, this writ petition is disposed of .
