Heard Mr.S. Arokiamaniraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks to direct the respondent to consider the representation submitted on 15.03.2017, in accordance with the order issued by the Government in G.O. Ms. No. 145 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (s) Department, dated 30.09.2010.

3.Considering the submissions made by the counsel on either side and without going into the merits of the matter, respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15.03.2017, and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise has to be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
