This petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned SubJudge, Rasipuram to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.90 of 2021 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner has filed the suit in O.S.No.90 of 2021 seeking to declare the sale deed dated 25.09.2020 registered in the name of the 6th respondent as null and void and also filed I.A.No.2 of 2022 for grant of temporary injunction restraining the respondents from alienating the suit property.
3. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a copy of the proceedings in E.-Courts pertaining to this case to show that the respondents/ defendants were set ex parte on 12.04.2023. I.A.No.2 of 2022 is filed seeking interim injunction against the respondents/ defendants from alienating the suit schedule property. In spite of the fact that the respondents have been set ex parte still the I.A.No.2 of 2022 is kept pending.
4. Considering the circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is Page No.2/4
disposed of with a direction to the learned Judge to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.90 of 2021 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
