PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ponneri to conclude the O.S.No.202 of 2014.

The limited prayer sought for in this petition is for a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit. On perusal of the "A" Diary extracts, it is seen that the suit has been initiated on 29.09.2014 and the trial had commenced and that the suit has now been posted for examination of defence side witnesses.

2. In my view, if time limit is stipulated for disposal of the suit, no prejudice would be caused to the respondent. In view of the limited prayer sought for, there shall be a direction to the learned IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ponneri to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.202 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
