This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent, to register a case and investigate the same based on the original complaint given by the petitioner on 18.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the allegation made by the petitioner in his complaint dated 18.05.2015 and the prayer sought for by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to enquire into the complaint and take action in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
