This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police and register the petitioner complaint dated on 12.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 12.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.193 of 2016 and the same was closed on 15.06.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
