ORDER

This revision has been filed against the order of acquittal dated 28.8.2009 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in C.C.No.2356 of 2005.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner as well as the first respondent party-in-person submitted that the matter has been settled in between the parties. They have also filed a joint memorandum of Compromise dated 12.8.2015.

3. The parties have filed a joint petition to treat the present revision as one filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal procedure and dispose the present revision petition in terms of the memorandum of compromise dated 12.8.2015.

4. Since the revision petition has been filed against the order of acquittal, there is no need to treat the revision as one filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal revision case is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of Compromise arrived at between the parties. The Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 12.8.2015 shall form part and parcel of the order.
