ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent, to register a case and investigate the same based on the original complaint given by the petitioner on 09.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police and co-operate with the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
