Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying, to direct the respondents 1 to 5 restrained them from illegally harassing the petitioner jointly and severally to settle the dues to the respondents 4 and 5, which are not legally due to them, since the 4th respondent issued a receipt for the receipt of the entire amount of Rs.39,55,500/- (Thirty nine lakhs and fifty five thousand five hundred only) and also in pursuance of the complaints of the respondents 4 and 5 on the file of the respondents1 to 3 by converting the civil matter into a criminal one .
