ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The issue involved in this civil revision petition is as to whether the Trial Court is correct in refusing to receive the document filed by the first defendant.

3. It is stated by both sides that the plaintiff side is not yet closed. Hence, no prejudice would be caused to the plaintiff, if a document is produced by the first defendant.
4. Accordingly, the order in question in this civil revision petition is set aside and the Trial Court is directed to receive the document produced by the first defendant.
5. It is made clear that the receipt of the document would not determine the evidentiary value of the document and the admissibility of the document would be decided by the Trial Court at the time of evaluating the evidence.
6. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial. Since the suit is of the year 2011, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, more particularly, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. This civil revision petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
