(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.B.Archana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that fresh notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, would be issued inviting replies and thereafter, further action under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 would be undertaken in accordance with law.
