ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register the F.I.R based on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that this petitioner had lodged a complaint dated 04.06.2015 before the Superintendent of Police, Kancheepuram District, and the same has been forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Siva Kanchi Police Station, Kancheepuram for necessary action.

4. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint dated 04.06.2015 given by the petitioner and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
