Respondent Prayer: This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the Respondent Police to produce the Petitioner's husband Sasikumar, aged 34 years before this Court and hand over him to the Petitioner.

[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] Heard the Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent.
2.The Petitioner has preferred the instant Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition praying for passing of an order in directing the Respondent Police to produce her husband Sasikumar, aged 34 years before this Court and hand over him to the Petitioner. 3.Today, the Petitioner's husband Sasikumar of Nehru Street, 15 Velampalayam, Velusamy Apartments, Tiruppur-641 652 is produced before this Court.
4.During the course of interaction made by this Court, the Petitioner's husband Sasikumar informed that he had filed a divorce petition against his wife in HMOP.No.328 of 2016 on the file of the Learned Principal Sub Judge, Tiruppur for dissolution of marriage.

5.It appears that the Petitioner (wife) had filed a maintenance case in M.C.No.10 of 2017 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore and also that his wife had filed CMP.No.326 of 2017 on the file of this Court to transfer the HMOP.No.328 of 2016 from the file of the Learned Principal Sub Judge, Tiruppur to that of the Learned Principal Sub Court, Cuddalore for her convenience and safety and the same is pending. 6.The Petitioner's husband is residing along with his parents at the afore-stated address in Tiruppur and earlier, he was doing a chemical business and since he incurred loss, he is doing the said chemical business on commission basis now. He had stated before this Court that his monthly income is Rs.10,000/-. He had also further stated that he will pay a sum of Rs.5000/- to his wife towards her maintenance. 7.
Recording the above and in view of the fact that the Petitioner's husband Sasikumar, aged about 34 years is produced before this Court, this Court closes the present Habeas Corpus Petition as nothing survives for further adjudication.
