The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "To call for the records of the proceedings of the 1st respondent made in Proc. No. R1/ 2214693/ 2022 dated 09.01.2023 and quash the same".

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 1st respondent has passed an order, without even issuing notice to him.

3. Heard the learned counsels on the either side and perused the records.

4. Considering the fact that the impugned order has been passed without notice to the petitioner, the impugned order is set aside. The matter is remitted back to the file of the 1st respondent. The 1st respondent shall consider the matter afresh and pass order, within a period of 3 months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the parties concerned.

5. The Writ Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 20.01.2025 Index : Yes/No 3/5
