This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent police to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruthani, Tiruvallur District in so far relates to Cr.No.24 of 2010.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that the investigation in Crime No.24 of 2010 has been completed and final report has been filed on 30.07.2015 before the concerned Court.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
