[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to trace out and produce the detenue by name, Deenadayalan, aged 33 years, S/o.Narayanamoorthy.

2. It is represented on the side of the respondents 1 to 3 that the detenu has surrendered before the concerned Court in connection with Crime No.509/2011, Triplicane Police Station and subsequently, remanded to custody.

3. On the basis of the said representation, this Court has directed the respondents 1 to 3 to submit the concerned case diary and perused the same and ultimately found that in connection with Crime No.509/2011, the detenu has surrendered before the concerned Court and subsequently, remanded to custody.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous.
