This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case in pursuance of petitioner complaint dated 01.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 01.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.82 of 2016 and the same was closed on 02.03.2016. He further submits that the dispute is between the petitioner and her stepson. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
