This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 119 days in filing Crl.RC.SR.No.14299 of 2023 against Crl.M.P.No.17 of 2022 on the file of the learned XXIII MM Saidapet.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 119 days is condoned.

3. Accordingly, Crl.M.P.No.4544 of 2023 is ordered.
