M/s.S.Sri Roshini COMMON ORDER The present miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 242 days in filing the petition to bring on record the respondents 1 to 4 as Legal Representatives of the Deceased Sole Respondent, V.Ramachandran as respondents 1 to 4 in the above second appeal; to set aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent in

the second appeal and to bring on record the respondents 1 to 4 as the Legal Representatives of the Deceased sole respondent.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of all these miscellaneous petitions and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, C.M.P.No.8665 of 2025 is ordered as prayed for and the delay of 242 days is condoned.

3. The abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent is set aside and hence, C.M.P.No.8666 of 2025 is ordered as prayed for.

4. The respondents 1 to 4 in C.M.P.No.8667 of 2025 are ordered to be brought on record as Legal Representatives of the deceased sole respondent as respondents 1 to 4 in the Second Appeal and the petition in C.M.P.No.8667 of 2025 is ordered as prayed for.
